A: No, you can cook it frozen.

A: No, the material is not oven-safe so please remove from pouch before cooking.

Q: I threw out the box, how should I prepare the meals?
A: Please send us the product you are referring to on the 'Contact Us' page and we will send you full cooking instructions.

Q: How long can I keep the products in my freezer?
A: For best results, please follow the date printed on the package.

Q: Can I get this delivered directly to my home?
A: We do not ship direct to customers, but we can help you find a retailer if you have are having an issue. Please use the 'Contact Us' form.

Q: Where do you get your fish?
A: Depending on the species, we source all of the seafood from the region where it is in season at the time of procurement. We use a variety of farm raised and wild caught seafood in our products. If you have a more specific question, please use the 'Contact Us' form.

Q: How do I thaw my Inland Market product?
A: Thawing Instructions: Slit pouch to break vacuum seal and thaw overnight in the refrigerator (keep it cold-always 38°F of less). To thaw quickly, place the still wrapped product in cool running water for 30 minutes. Use immediately after thawing.

Q: How do I cook any of the Marinated Fish Products?
A: You can prepare your Marinated Fish is a few ways:
*Please note, cooking instructions are generalized for all marinated fish products, as some contain skin and some do not.

BAKE:
FROM THAWED: Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove portion from pouch and place on an oiled baking dish skin side down. Bake on center rack of oven for 15-18 minutes.
FROM FROZEN: Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove portion from pouch and place on an oiled baking dish skin side down. Bake on center rack of oven for 25-30 minutes.

GRILL:
FROM THAWED: Preheat grill to medium-high. Use a non-stick spray or oil on the grill surface. Remove portion from pouch and place on grill skin side down. Cook for 5 minutes. Carefully flip fillet and continue cooking skin side up for 5 minutes.

PAN SAUTE:
FROM THAWED: Place one-tablespoon vegetable, canola or olive oil in a non-stick skillet. Preheat to medium-high. Remove portion from pouch and carefully place fillet side up in the pan. Sauté for 5 minutes. Carefully flip fillet over and continue cooking skin side down for 5 minutes.

MICROWAVE (Only if you have to!):
FROM THAWED: Remove portion from pouch and place on a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap but slightly open at one end to allow venting. Cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool for 2 minutes before serving.
FROM FROZEN: Remove portion from pouch and place on a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap but slightly open at one end to allow venting. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Allow to cool for 2 minutes before serving.

Q: How do I prepare Cedar Plank Salmon?
A: You can prepare your Cedar Plank Salmon is a few ways:

GRILL:
FROM FROZEN: Preheat grill to medium-high. Unwrap frozen plank and place directly on grill rack. Close cover. Cook for 22-28 minutes. Salmon is cooked when the flesh becomes firm and flaky.
*When cooking on the grill, be sure to keep a spray bottle of water handy in case of flare-ups. Planks will get hot during cooking. Use tongs to remove plank from grill.

BAKE:
FROM FROZEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Unwrap frozen plank and place directly on center oven rack. Place a sheet plan or aluminum foil on the rack beneath the rack with the cedar plank to catch any runoff juices. Bake for 28-32 minutes. Salmon is cooked when the flash becomes firm and flaky.

A: You can prepare your Seafood Burgers is a few ways:

PAN SAUTE:
FROM THAWED: Place one-tablespoon vegetable, canola or olive oil in a non-stick skillet. Preheat to medium-high. Remove portion from pouch and carefully place in the pan. Sauté for 5 minutes, then carefully flip the burger over in the pan. Reduce heat to medium, cover the pan and continue cooking an additional 5 minutes.
