Herb Seasoned Cedar Plank Sockeye Salmon

Why cook on a cedar plank?  Salmon cooked on a cedar plank remains incredibly moist with an allnatural sweet and smoky flavor. And, we have pre-soaked the plank so cooking is a breeze. The wood is Western Red Cedar which comes from sustainable, food grade sources and the planks are selected for optimum flavor. Our wild salmon is caught at the peak of the season in the cold clean waters of the north Pacific. We perfectly season the fish with our seasoned herb dry rub and the cedar’s sweet smoke makes it all the better.

Just add a squeeze of fresh lemon and pair with your favorite veggies or a salad.
