Lemon Basil Swordfish
Our chefs love to pair the perfect flavor with the perfect fish. For delicious wild-caught swordfish, we have chosen our Lemon Basil marinade to highlight the flavor of the fish. The texture is undeniably firm and meaty but the sauce keeps the swordfish moist, mild and fragrant.
Serve simply with rice or mashed potatoes and fresh veggies with lemon.
Serve over crisp field greens with diced tomato, red onion and balsamic vinaigrette.
Serve over pasta with toasted garlic butter, capers and steamed broccoli or squash.
